About Me

Photographer

Based in Sydney/Gadigal

A woman with long dark hair and glasses, walking outdoors next to a reflective building wall with shadows of tree leaves. A metal sign and graffiti are visible on the wall.

Through a viewfinder, I see the world better

The camera gives me a particular kind of distance from the world — close enough to be part of it, but removed enough to truly see it. I move through crowds and quiet places as an observer, present but not quite belonging.

I'm drawn to the small and overlooked: the private expressions on faces, the light that falls in unexpected places, the soul beneath the surface of things.

Photography is my way of resisting time and forgetting. Everything fades eventually — but in the moment I press the shutter, it is frozen forever in the frame.
